LONG TERM RENTAL

The Nadia Lloyd leasing program offers original paintings from Nadia Lloyd for placement in your office, home or other space in need of artwork.
For potential buyers, the service is an opportunity to live with the artwork before committing to the final purchase.

The duration of leases are 6 or 12 months. The monthly fee for this program is 10% of the value of each piece of artwork, plus a delivery/pick-up installation fee of $95/for up to four pieces.

At the end of the lease period, you may choose to renew your lease, exchange your artwork for something new, or terminate your lease and return the work. You may also opt to purchase the artwork you have leased; in this case, we will deduct 50% of your lease payments from the purchase price. Leased artwork may be purchased at any time.

 

SHORT TERM RENTAL

Art rental allows individuals and corporate clients to enjoy original works of art for shorter time periods at an affordable cost. Long-term rental is not required. For corporate clients, the rental of art is a way to enhance a work environment while avoiding the capital outlay required for a purchase. In corporate situations, rental fees are considered a tax-deductible business expense.

Paintings are available for rent on a weekly and monthly basis to film industry professionals, interior designers, stagers, realtors, homeowners and business professionals.

Standard rental rates are based on 10% of the value of the artwork(s) per week, plus a delivery/pick-up and installation fee of $250.00. Should the renter decide they wish to purchase the artwork, rental fees up to 1 month will be deducted from the purchase price.

 

ART PURCHASE

Nadia Lloyd paintings are available for purchase outright. We accept cash, M/C, Visa, and direct bank transfer. For those who have found the piece(s) they love but wish to purchase in installments, we have a convenient lay away plan. 

Lay away plans involve 25% of the purchase price at initial sign up and must be completed within 12 months.
